Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the CloudRadiology website and platform, operated by Micromed Healthcare & Information Solutions (MHIS). By accessing this website or the CloudRadiology platform (via PACSCloud or any linked portal), you agree to these terms.

1. Who this applies to

These terms apply to visitors of this marketing website, and separately — under the terms of a signed service agreement — to diagnostic centres, radiologists, and administrators using the CloudRadiology platform itself. Platform access is governed by the specific service agreement in place with your organisation; where these general terms and a signed agreement conflict, the signed agreement takes precedence.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website or the platform to: violate any applicable law; upload or transmit data you are not authorised to submit; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data not belonging to you; or interfere with the platform's normal operation.

3. Patient data responsibility

Diagnostic centres using the CloudRadiology platform remain the data controller for all patient information they submit. Micromed Healthcare & Information Solutions (MHIS) processes this data as a service provider, under the access and retention terms agreed with each centre.

4. Availability

We aim for high platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical; specific uptime commitments, if any, are defined in your service agreement.

5. Intellectual property

The CloudRadiology name, logo, and platform software are the property of Micromed Healthcare & Information Solutions (MHIS). Nothing in these terms grants you rights to use our trademarks or software outside the scope of your service agreement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Micromed Healthcare & Information Solutions (MHIS) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the platform, beyond what is explicitly agreed in a signed service agreement.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; material changes affecting platform customers will be communicated directly.
